At the time I couln't believe the call by BSC249. On further analysis, considering the pot, his decision to call wasn't such a bad one - theoretically.

But, calling all in early in a tournament for no +EV isn't a wise thing to do (On the flop of Kc9s6s. The AsKh v KsTs match up is 57.8/42.2%. The call was 10,950 to win 14,500, for a total pot of 25,450) .

What could I have done differently?

Flat called the 500 bet on the flop waiting for a blank (no spade) on the turn. With the 7d turn, the match up would of been 68.2/31.8%. Surely he would not have called an all-in here....would he?
