Review: Bugsys Club

As mentioned before, for the past 4 months I have been playing at Bugsys Club. An online poker room endorsed by Mark and Tina Napolitano founders of PokerPages.com and PokerSchoolOnline.com.

Being a winner of the October, November and December 2004 Bugsys Club Mini Leagues, and currently top of Al's Smag & Grab League, I have played there enough to give you a review.

Bugsys Club stands out from other online poker rooms for several reasons:

1. Software/Graphics: Makes it very easy to see where you stand and focus on playing poker. Players, chips, rake, pot, buttons, check boxes, all clearly visible. The notes function could be better - you cannot have more than one notes box open at the same time and the box itself opens up too small; hand history and statistics just a click away. You can also play 10 tables at the same time!

2. Community: Lots of regular players makes you feel part of a "family". Decent forum to back it up. Hardly any abusive players - just stay away from TwoBitPunk and his side kick gotoguy. LOL.

3. Pokerpages/PokerSchool: When you login you, you have access to three tabs: Freeplay (PokerPages), PokerSchool Online and Bugsys Club. Play any game for free in Freeplay, subscribe to PokerSchool for tutorials and live tests, and play for real at Bugsys Club. These 3 options make it an attractive place for beginners since you can just have fun playing, learn how play or, even better, try to earn whilst playing!
