VC Poker Cup: Preliminaries

The 100 players were split into 5 tables of 10 over 2 days. The winner of each 10-player s&g would take part in the final table. Below are the table winners and the players they beat once it got to the heads up stage.

DAY1

WINNER 1: Ram Vaswani beat Warren Wooldridge

DAY2:

WINNER 1: Julian Gardner beat Unknown

WINNER 2: Ross Boatman beat Grub Smith

WINNER 3: Rowan McIntyre beat Noli Francisco

DaMatrix finished 4th - Made a couple of errors. Knocked out Devilfish to become the table chip leader. Could have then knocked both Rowan and Noli out when I was the chip leader. Left Noli with some chips when I had AQ and he had AJ and we both hit two pair. Mucked JJ against Rowan on a 55T flop after he went all in and he probably had nothing. In the end I went all in preflop with K9 but Rowan called from the BB with A9.
